No refunds all purchases are final. We can offer another product for/around the same price. We aren't responsible for any shadow/permanent/hwid bans. You are responsible to change the email and password for any accounts you purchase (not battlenet's/activison's).

If you have to come to the discord to claim a product you have 24 hours to claim it otherwise you will not receive your product
